How to move from Autenti to SignSafe: we do the switch, you pay 50% of your current price

SignSafe is a tool for electronic document workflow and for collecting signatures from anyone: a phone, internet and a finger are enough, and signing takes a minute. Several of our customers have moved to SignSafe from Autenti. We answer the questions an Autenti user asks before switching: what will I pay, will I keep sending to many people and my REST API integration, can I keep using a qualified signature, and how much work stays on my side.

The SignSafe alternative to Autenti is a move from Autenti to a document workflow and signature collection tool for the flow of sending, signing, status and return, also through a REST API, where we do practically everything. The customer gets the same feature set at 50% of their Autenti price. Where a qualified signature is needed, we can connect it.

Offer for API customers and companies switching providers

Paying a competitor for e-signatures? We will offer 50% of that price.

We deliver the identical feature package you use today with Autenti, Pergamin, DocuSign or Adobe Sign, at a price 50% lower than your current one. Just show us an invoice or offer from your current provider. We take care of the rest.

−50%off your current price

The identical feature package at the identical price minus 50%. Offer on presentation of your current provider’s invoice or offer; terms are agreed individually.

What usually gets in the way

You want to cut the cost of signatures without changing the process

If you mainly use sending, signing and returning the file, every extra feature in the price is spend with no value to you.

The integration with your system is wired into the process

Changing tools without a plan risks documents no longer returning to the right records.

You do not know whether some documents need a qualified signature

Such documents need a qualified signature, which we can connect in SignSafe, so it is worth settling before switching.

  • Departments whose Autenti contract is ending and who are comparing offers

How much will I pay after moving from Autenti?

We prepare a 1:1 offer, as with the competition: the same feature set at a price 50% lower than your current provider’s. All you need is the invoice or offer you have from Autenti. If you send a few documents a month, consider the standard plan at 69 PLN net per month with full access and 1 GB for documents. API access is priced individually.

You can test the standard plan in the free trial period, also in parallel with Autenti (to be agreed), and cancel the subscription at any time. Write to us to get a quote.

Will I keep the API integration and sending to many people?

Yes, SignSafe has a REST API: you send a document from your own system, the recipient signs by hand on a phone without an account, and the signed PDF returns to the right customer, employee or project record. Sending to many recipients at once and the contact list are available without the API, in a browser account. We fit the integration to your system with support at every stage. How it looks is described on the API integration page.

Several of our customers have moved to SignSafe from Autenti. The whole switching process is described in the hub switch e-signature provider. For documents signed earlier in Autenti we help with migrating documents and the archive. Also check the download terms in your contract with that provider. We make the REST API documentation available on request for an offer.

What about the qualified signature and the written form?

For acts that require only the written form, a handwritten SignSafe signature is sufficient according to the 2023 G&A legal opinion. Our own handwritten signature is not a qualified electronic signature. If any of your acts requires a qualified electronic signature (for example the electronic form under Art. 78¹ of the Civil Code), we can connect it in SignSafe. A notarial deed cannot be replaced this way. This is a summary of an opinion, not legal advice. See legal security.

Switching from Autenti with no effort on your side

With a REST API integration we do practically everything. We analyse your Autenti invoice or offer, configure SignSafe, build the integration with your system, test the whole flow, switch new documents over and help with migrating the archive. You show the invoice or offer, give access to the integration point and accept the tests.

You get the same feature set for half of what you pay today. An example of integration with a customer’s dedicated system: the R2T rollout.

Security and legal basis

A SignSafe signature is a handwritten signature and meets the written form (G&A legal opinion, 2023). Our own handwritten signature is not qualified, but where a qualified electronic signature is required, we can connect it.

Service data is stored on servers in the EU (OVH hosting), and business and API customers sign a data processing agreement.

Legal nature of a signature placed by hand on the touch screen of an electronic device

A signature placed in SignSafe is a handwritten signature, and a declaration of intent signed in the app meets the requirements of written form. If the signature did not qualify as handwritten, the declaration is still valid in documentary form. In legal effect it is equivalent to a qualified electronic signature: both preserve written form.

Customer reviews

“SignSafe has significantly improved how we sign contracts with employees and clients. Because documents can be signed remotely, with no need to come to the office in person, recruitment and hiring have become more efficient and less time-consuming. The tool is fully compliant with legal regulations, which gives us confidence that all contracts are fully binding. It is an ideal solution for the temporary-work industry, where operational efficiency is crucial.”
