Consult a lawyer before rollout.

Can SignSafe be integrated with our own contract system?
Yes, through the REST API. Sending from your system, retrieving recipient data and returning the signed document to the right place are covered, with support at every stage of rollout and individual pricing.
Can business bank documents be signed online?
It depends on the document and on the bank. What does the signature summary page contain?
SignSafe attaches a signature summary page (a signing record, in Polish and English) to the signed document. So it shows who signed, when and from which device. It complements the option of handwriting verification, but it is not legal advice or a guarantee of how a dispute ends.
Does SignSafe remind me about contract deadlines or keep contract versions?
No, there are no such features today. We can add them on request if someone needs them. There are also no automatic signing reminders: the sender resends the invitation manually to people who have not signed.

Yes. In the PESEL field they tick “None”, and the field turns into “Identifier”, where they enter an alternative number, for example an ID document number from their country.
A foreign client asks whether a contract signed electronically is valid with us. Which e-signature should I choose to be eIDAS-compliant?
We do not claim eIDAS compliance: a signature in SignSafe is a handwritten signature, not a qualified electronic signature. According to the legal opinion of the law firm Gałecki and Associates of 21 August 2023 it meets the written form under Polish law, and eIDAS standards do not apply to it. If your counterparty requires a qualified electronic signature, we can connect one in SignSafe. The validity of a cross-border contract depends on the law governing it, so consult a lawyer for such contracts. This is a summary of an opinion, not legal advice.
